AIKO, working on spray cans & buckets piece, in NYC 2009 ———
I have collected all spray cans from my studio, streets, subway tracks and roof tops. It could be just garbage for you, but these are beautiful treasures for me. Each cans are my past, memories and evidence of missions. I love making big piles of them like the concrete jungle where I was born, and looking at them from different angles.
